By accessing and using the consulting services of Varispacedfw (hereinafter "the Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part, we ask you not to use our services.
The Company offers consulting services in commercial investments, including performance analysis of properties intended for flexible offices and corporate coworking centers, market reports, lease structuring strategies, and real estate asset auditing. The results and recommendations are based on information available at the time of analysis and do not constitute a guarantee of future performance.
The client undertakes to provide truthful and complete information for the performance of the analyses. The Company undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the shared data and to execute the services with professional diligence. The client is responsible for implementing the suggested strategies.
The Company shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including investment losses or lost profits. The client assumes all risks associated with investment decisions based on our reports.
Service fees will be agreed upon in writing before the project begins. In the event of cancellation by the client, a penalty of 30% of the total service value will apply if the cancellation occurs after the analysis has started. No refunds will be made once the final reports have been delivered.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days' prior notice. The Company reserves the right to suspend the service if the client fails to meet payment obligations or provides false information.
The Company may modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated to the client at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
